Packet Pickup
Pick up your packet before race day.
Shirts are distributed on a first come first served basis. Though we over-order, popular sizes may be depleted for late packet pickups and your preferred shirt size may need to be mailed to you after the race.
Anticipate long lines for packet pickup the morning of the race.
The races will not be delayed due to packet pickup delays.
We highly recommend picking up your packet in advance of race day.
Location and General Information
Runners must pick up a packet in order to participate in the race.
Government or Baylor ID is required at packet pickup.
We strongly encourage you to pick up your packet the day before the race.
Runners who arrive after the official race start will not be permitted to participate in the race, as support stations, medical assistance, and traffic management provided by law enforcement officers will not be available to ensure safety and effective course navigation.

We highly recommend picking up your packet in advance of race day.
Retrieving a Packet for Someone Other Than Yourself
If you are picking up someone else's race packet, you must present that person's registration number and his or her first and last name. Each runner's registration number was provided in the registration confirmation email when he or she signed up for the race.

Bib Requirements
Please fill in the necessary medical information and emergency contacts on the back of your bib. Do not alter the bib number in any way. Securely fasten the bib to the front of your running outfit with the accompanying safety pins. All bib numbers must be visible and worn on the front and outside of all clothing during the race. Bib numbers are non-transferable and must be worn only by the participant to whom it was assigned and for the correct course (half marathon or 6K). Your bib contains a timing chip that will accurately record your race time. If you alter your bib in any manner, we are not liable for timing errors.
