Pre-race parking enter through gate 4.

Runner and Supporter Parking

Race start location: McLane Stadium plaza (1001 S M.L.K. Jr Blvd, Waco, TX 76704)

McLane Stadium is located directly off Interstate 35 (I-35). 

Runners and supporters are encouraged to park in the lots nearest the stadium. Enter using gate 4, unless other gates are open.

All race day parking is free. 

Parking on Baylor's campus is open and free to supporters. University Parking Services does not operate on the weekends. 

If you are a supporter seeking to support a runner along the race course, city parking varies along the route. Please respect local businesses and neighborhoods by adhering to local traffic laws and parking notifications. Parking along the route may necessitate a considerable walk to the actual race course. The Bearathon defers to Waco city laws and ordinances for parking in areas not owned by the university. 

University Parks Drive Parallel Parking

The half marathon race course includes University Parks Drive. 

Vehicles parked in parallel spaces along University Parks Drive, between I35 and Washington Avenue, will not be able to move between 12:00 AM, and 12:00 PM, the day of the race. 

Signage notifying drivers will be placed near these parking spaces in advance. We highly recommend utilizing alternative parking options in the area to ensure your vehicle remains accessible. 

Moving a vehicle the day of the race from these parking spaces poses significant mortal risk to race participants running along the course in this area. Do not move a vehicle until the race course is reopened to vehicular traffic.
