We serve the past by connecting with alumni and taking part in the Homecoming parade.
We serve the present by building community through All-University Thanksgiving and the Bearathon.
We serve the future by recruiting students and providing scholarships.

Application Process

Rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors interested in membership are eligible to apply. Once your application is received and reviewed, selected applications will be contacted to schedule an in-person interview.
Following interviews, new Student Foundation members will be selected. Factors considered when selecting new members include prior on-campus involvement, leadership experience, service experience, and the ability to commit to the mission of Student Foundation.

Becoming a member of Student Foundation is a commitment. Here's what you can expect.
Who are the members of Student Foundation?
Student Foundation recruits sophomores, juniors, and seniors. These students display a diverse range of Baylor's finest.
How do I know if I am eligible for membership?
1) If you will be a sophomore, junior, or senior in the 2025-2026 academic year.
2) If you have completed at least one semester at Baylor University.
3) If you have maintained a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
4) If you are a full-time student enrolled at Baylor. We waive this for seniors in their final semester.
How is Student Foundation organized?
Student Foundation has five committees.
1) Campus Promotions
2) Alumni Relations
3) Member Engagement
4) Public Relations
5) Steering Committee
Two co-chairs lead each committee. The co-presidents lead the Steering Committee, made up of the co-chairs.
What time commitments can I expect as a member of Student Foundation?
Members are required to attend a weekly membership meeting every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm.
Members are required to attend 2 prospective student lunches each semester. Each lunch is approximately 1 hour long.
Members are required to attend 1 college fair in the fall semester. College fairs last approximately 8-12 hours.
Members are required to attend 2 fan ambassador shifts during the football season. Each shift is approximately 1.5 hours long.
Members are required to attend at least 1 office hour before campus-wide events.
Members are required to be present during the entirety of set-up and event execution for All-University Thanksgiving and the Bearathon.
Members will have the opportunity to attend exclusive social and volunteer events throughout the year.
